To provide a professional, organised office support function for customers, candidates, and suppliers.

In addition, the role will require all administration paperwork, website updates, social media posting, and candidate communication relative to the support of “My Everything DiSC”

  • Job Duties:
  • Focus on developing the company’s Social Media presence
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Researching company data and archived reports
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in-person
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
  • Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
  • Using spreadsheets for relevant data
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Sending emails and setting up virtual meetings
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Writing and editing company correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Participating in-office meetings and taking meeting minutes

Things to Consider

Due to the nature of the business, applicants must be 18 or above,

Fit in mind as well as body to ensure that membership to the gym stimulates performance.

The role is in Wetherby Town Centre so must be able to easily travel to the office each day (Mon-Fri).
