Apprentice Office Administrator wanted at Needle Partners Ltd


  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and diverting as necessary
  • Taking detailed telephone messages
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers via telephone
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Operation and maintenance of diary systems
  • Planning and organisation of meetings
  • General maintenance of office, meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Maintenance and ordering of stationary stock and general office supplies
  • Photocopying, faxing and scanning duties
  • Filing and archiving duties
  • Handling, managing and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Supporting and assisting on projects and events
  • Problem solving IT queries and setting up of computers from time to time
  • Providing ad-hoc support to different business functions
  • Any other administrative and house-keeping tasks as required
  • Assisting with induction for new members of staff
