Selective Networks is looking for an enthusiastic, technology driven individual to learn a skill within the telecommunications and IT sector. The candidate will assist our small sales and operations team with admin duties, chasing of potential customers, lead generating, answering phone calls, and creating support tickets, with first line support duties.

Overview

The role of the business administration apprentice at Selective Networks will be to assist the sales and operations team with administration duties such as:

  • – Updating internal records
  • – Chasing leads
  • – Review phone calls with customers
  • – Onsite sales and review meetings with the sales team
  • – Answering phone calls from new and existing customers
  • – Highlighting areas of requirement with existing customers
  • – Administration tasks for multiple teams internally
  • – Creating support tickets
  • – Providing first line support
  • – Updating customers where required

You will be required to demonstrate your own initiative and be able to work with the team as well as on your own.

Reporting to the operations manager, you will have monthly meetings to ensure that you’re comfortable with your duties and any areas for further development.

Full product and industry training will be provided.
