Stress Awareness NCFE Award | Level 1

This qualification improves your understanding of stress. You will look at the causes of stress and the effects it has on health. You will also learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and look at ways of preventing or reducing it. This is an online course so you will be assessed on your online work. There are no formal entry requirements but you must be at least 16 years old. This course will raise your awareness of stress allowing you to deal with it effectively in multiple contexts.
